TERMS & CONDITIONS OF STAY

Check-in for Sites – from 12pm
Check-in for Cabins – from 2pm

Check-out time for Sites and Cabins – 10am

Office closes at 5pm.

The person whose name appears on the booking form or registered form is responsible for ensuring compliance with the rules and booking conditions by all members of his/her party. Sites cannot be sub-let to other guests/friends etc. Any guest or visitor failing to comply with the park rules will be asked to leave the Park within two (2) hours and will not receive recompense or a refund (Refundable deposits for keys will be returned upon return of the key)

PERSONS Under 18 Years
Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make an online or direct reservation. We reserve the right to cancel any of these types of reservations.

GROUP BOOKINGS
Only group bookings made on the one reservation and arriving on the same date can be made under this booking method.

CABIN AVAILABILITY
All rates are quoted for up to two persons sharing the same bedding. Occupancy requiring twin bedding or twin share (use of more than one bed) is an additional cost. Number of guests are limited to the maximum unit/cabin occupancy for each. Guests are responsible for washing, drying and packing away their dishes and leaving the cabin in a tidy condition. An additional cleaning fee will be charged for cabins left in an unacceptable state. Limited pet-friendly cabins available – these MUST be booked direct with the office. Pets are accepted at Manager’s discretion.

DISCOUNTS
Where a guest has made a reservation under a special offer or membership discount, no further offers or discounts will be applied to that reservation. Membership Discounts are only applicable for that person’s membership reservation.

BIKES
The above are permitted to be ridden in the internal roads of the park only. Children under 16 MUST wear a helmet at all times when riding. Under no circumstances is the entry road to the park to be used for recreational purposes unless for the purpose of Departing or Arriving at the park after use. Park rules must be observed, and this includes wearing a safety helmet. 10kph speed limit and daylight hours only.

SCOOTERS/SKATEBOARDS/ROLLER SKATES/ROLLER BLADES AND RIPSTICKS/TOY VEHICLES
For the benefit and safety of all our guests and visitors these items are NOT PERMITTED in the park grounds.

PETS
NO PETS ALLOWED IN ANY NON-DESIGNATED PET CABIN. Taking a pet into a non-designated pet cabin will result in you being asked to leave immediately – NO REFUNDS will be given. All Pets must be well secured on a short leash only – less than 2m, (no retractable leads, no long leads, no exceptions), all droppings must be picked up, secured in a plastic bag and placed in the garbage bins. All Pet owners agree to abide by our park rules and take full responsibility for any injury or damage caused by their pet including to agree to pay any claims for compensation in relation to their pet’s behaviour in the park. Pets are welcome in our designated pet-friendly cabins, but they must not go on beds or furniture. Please bring your own pet bedding for their stay. To avoid a post-stay cleaning fee, please ensure the cabin is left in a clean and tidy condition.

CHILDREN’S BEHAVIOUR
Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and behaviour within the park. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to recreation areas. Swearing, offensive language or bullying will not be accepted by any guest. Patrons under the age of 18 years must not stay overnight in the Park unless accompanied by an adult 18 years or over.

SMOKING & VAPING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the amenities block, laundry, camp kitchen, swimming pool area or any recreational area under any circumstances. Please respect your neighbours if smoking or vaping on your balconies or outside your caravan/camping area.

SWIMMING POOL
Parents and Guardians must ensure children are always supervised. Swimming Pool Rules and regulations are displayed in our pool area. No Running or Bombing or Diving under any circumstances. No food or glass to be taken into this area.

NOISE
Noise must be kept to a minimum, especially after 21:00 (9pm). Undue noise, swearing or offensive language is not permitted at any time.

VEHICLES
Vehicle’s must be parked in the allocated cabin/sites with one (1) vehicle only per site. This car must be registered at the reception on arrival. All other vehicles/boats etc or visitor vehicles must remain in the park’s visitor parking bay or overflow parking area at the rear of the park. No parking or driving over concrete slabs, or other guest sites is permitted. Please note that we DO NOT have facilities for charging electric vehicles at our park. To protect our electrical system and prevent safety hazards, EV charging from any of our cabins, campsites, or caravan outlets is STRICTLY PROHIBITED at all times.

VISITORS
Visitor’s are welcome while you are present. Their behaviour is your responsibility. Visitor’s MUST park in the visitors parking area opposite reception. NO VISITORS PETS ALLOWED.

POWERED/UNPOWERED SITE AVAILABILITY & ALLOCATION
Site Allocation will be made according to the dimensions of your caravan and or camper trailer. Please ensure that you state the total exterior length of your van/camping facility from front to back including all attachments and drawbar including if you have an east/west or north/south slide out. Sites are not guaranteed including Drive Thru, although every endeavour will be made to accommodate your request. All caravans, campervans and camper trailers must have their draw bars facing the roadway. Please contact the park if you have any special requirements before your arrival.

DUMP POINT
Our Dump Point is located on the Park Map. Guests disposing of Black Water other than in the Dump Point will be asked to leave immediately. No portable toilets to be erected on any sites.

FIRES
Open fires or fireworks are not permitted anywhere in the park. A carousel wood fire in in the Camp Kitchen for your enjoyment.

WIFI
Free Wi-Fi is available for basic web browsing. This service is intended for general use, including checking your email and keeping up with social media.
