CABINS: In the event your circumstances change, and you no longer require your booking, we require 72 hours’ notice prior to 9am on your check-in day. Failure to provide this will result in the cost equal to one night’s accommodation. No refunds for No shows. Cancellations outside the above will incur a $40 administration fee. We offer a limited number of pet-friendly cabins, which must be booked directly through our office. Please note there is a maximum of two pets, and also at Manager’s discretion are pets permitted in the Pet Friendly Cabins. If pets are taken into a NON-DESIGNATED PET FRIENDLY cabin, you will be asked to leave immediately with no refund given.
SITES: In the event your circumstances change, and you no longer require your booking, we require 48 hours’ notice prior to 9am on your check-in day. Failure to provide this may result in the cost equal to one night’s accommodation. No refunds for No Shows. Cancellations outside the above will incur a $30 administration fee. We welcome your Pets (maximum of 2). You must notify us if your Pet/s is travelling with you at the time of booking to ensure a Pet Friendly Site has been allocated.
SPECIAL EVENTS: In the event your circumstances change, and you no longer require your booking, we require 10 days’ notice prior to 9am on your check-in day. Failure to provide this will result in no refund of the cost of the accommodation booked unless we are able to re book the total nights booked in which case we will refund the difference after the original departure date. No refunds for early departure and No shows. Cancellations outside the above will incur a $40 administration fee for cabins and $30 for sites. Pets are allowed in pet-friendly cabins only. Please enquire direct about our pet-friendly cabin availability.
